**Please Note** Your account can take 2-3 business days to be reviewed before activated. Once your account is activated, you will be sent a notification email from HOA-Express inviting you to return to our Owners' Portal to create and update your account!

CEPCO MANANGEMENT INFO/REGISTER FOR YOUR CEPCO ACCOUNT
As we transition Bluffs POA Management to CEPCO, we encourage every homeowner to register for your Bluffs POA Dues Account with CEPCO. This will ensure that when your Welcome Packet arrives in the mail, you’ll be ready to log in right away and manage POA-related items—including dues payments—through the CEPCO-NC.com portal.
